Sorry y’all for not posting my progress over the past couple days… I’ve been a bit unwilling to make any kind of effort, but just for safety, I didn’t go overboard on my calories. In fact, I didn’t eat or sleep. /: Shit sucks.

But today my calorie goal was 450

I had brown rice gluten free pasta with organic marinara=300 cal.

1/2 of an orange and a few strawberries, I should have eaten more, but I couldn’t make myself do it. /: I only drank water, but now I’m going to start posting again.

But good news! I see my first signs of progress, some of the fat on my face is gone! And my legs are a bit slimmer, but this is only the beginning!

Day #2 Tuesday 5/15/12

Calorie goal=300

Drinks: Lemon Zing tea, coffee (black), zevia no calorie natural soda, water, Diet Dr.Pepper.

Food consumed: 2 cups of air popped popcorn (No oil or salt, 40 cal), Fage fat-free yogurt with mango&guanabana (120 cal), 3/4 orange (free), green apple (free), 3/4 cup of extra lean fish soup with wild rice, (120 cal).

Total consumed calories: 300 (Success, woot!)

Exercise: 45 minute powerwalk & 200 crunches (100 in the morning, 100 at night)

Supplements: 2 Hydroxycut Max liquid capsules, multivitamin.

Notes: Tomorrow I change the amount of diet supplements I take. For the first two days I was supposed to take one pill 2x a day. Tomorrow it will be two pills 2x a day. I might probably go to the gym too, or do Taebo, something intense.

How I feel: Physically I’m fine, my stomach feels hungry, but I have learned to accept it. I work at a fast-food restaurant and if I can resist eating a burger when I feel hungry as fuck, well anybody can do it with discipline.

 (Now, let’s get personal) I didn’t have the best day every today, and I haven’t had what I have been missing for so long, the feeling of love and being loved. I think that’s why I had a binging problem before, to fill in the void of emptiness. But I learned that I can fill that void with healthy things, healthy things like motivation, I am motivated to transform myself into what I always should have been.

Day #1 Monday 5/14/12

Calorie goal= 400

Drinks consumed: Lemon Zing iced tea with stevia sweetner, coffee, zevia (natural, no calorie soda), water.

Food eaten:1 1/2 cucumber with lime and salt. (free), Fage Greek Yogurt w/honey (190 cal), 2 Tbsp Hazelnut coffee creamer (60 cal) green apple (free), 1/2 Nature Valley granola bar (90 cal), sauteed asparagus (free), very small portion of lean turkey and potatoes (60 cal)

Total calories consumed= 400

Exercise: 100 crunches

Supplements: 2 Hydroxycut Max liquid capsules

How I’m feeling at the moment: Right now I feel my body very warm, which means I am burning fat already, don’t get me wrong, I am proud, but this is fucking hard. I had a headache all day and felt fatigued, but this is normal, my body isn’t used to not being fed a ton. My stomach burns and I wish I didn’t have to go through this to get the body I want, but it’s worth it.

Change!

Today I started “The Skinny Girl Diet”, an easier and less harsh version of the “Anna Boot Camp”/ I am 180 pounds now and looking to lose 20-45 pounds by the end of the year. I will be blogging everything I eat, drink, and every bit of exercise I do.

 For the record, I am NOT pro Ana. I am just dieting to get down to a healthy weight and feel more confident with my appearance.

This one month plan is a jump-start for my intended weight loss journey. The plan limits your calorie intake in intervals ranging from 300-700 calories a day to trick your body into NOT going into so-called “starvation mode”. Any fruits or vegetables eaten will not cound towards the total calorie intake per day, there is no limit on how many you eat. Part of the plan is to exercise one hour a day, 5 days per week, but since I have a job I will most likey exercise 2-4 days a week but still do walks, crunches, and resistance training, etc. I will also be taking Hydroxycut Max supplements to stimulate my weight loss in replacement of the hours I don’t exercise. My diet will be nearly vegan, as it has been for a while. The only animal products I will consume are extra lean salmon or turkey and low-fat yougurt (for protein).
